The three-day conference brought together medical professionals and members of the reproductive medicine and assisted reproduction community for an engaging platform focused on knowledge sharing, professional interaction and meaningful connections.

Venue Management
Our team coordinated the venue requirements and on-ground operations at Hyatt Mansarovar, Jaipur, ensuring that the conference spaces and associated event areas were managed efficiently and aligned with the requirements of the Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) conference.
Production & Fabrication
We managed the production and fabrication requirements of the conference, creating a professional and engaging environment for the sessions and associated activities. Our team coordinated event infrastructure, stage requirements, fabrication and technical execution.
Entertainment
