STONE MART INDIA – JECC, JAIPUR
From Ground Zero to a Complete Exhibition Experience
A large-scale exhibition is not simply about building stalls.
It is about creating an ecosystem where exhibitors, visitors, brands, infrastructure, technology, hospitality and operations work together seamlessly.
For STONE MART INDIA at Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC), Jaipur, Saksham Events delivered end-to-end exhibition management, taking the event from ground zero through complete planning, infrastructure development and on-ground execution.
The objective was clear:
Build it. Brand it. Manage it. Deliver it.
FROM AN EMPTY GROUND TO A COMPLETE EXHIBITION
Every exhibition begins before the first stall is fabricated and before the first visitor walks through the entrance.
It begins with planning.
For STONE MART INDIA, our role covered the complete exhibition journey—from understanding the venue and planning the event environment to creating the physical infrastructure and managing the multiple operational requirements needed to bring the exhibition to life.
The result was a fully developed exhibition environment designed to accommodate exhibitors, visitors, hospitality, movement and multiple event requirements under one coordinated execution plan.
EXHIBITION INFRASTRUCTURE AT SCALE
Large exhibitions demand infrastructure that is not only visually impressive but also practical, safe and operationally efficient.
Our execution included the development and management of key exhibition infrastructure, including:
- Stall Fabrication
- Exhibition Structures
- Dome Structures
- Entry & Exit Infrastructure
- Branding & Signage
- Visitor Movement Areas
- Registration & Reception Areas
- Hospitality Infrastructure
- Service & Support Areas
- On-Ground Event Infrastructure
Every component had to work together to support the larger exhibition experience.
STALL FABRICATION
The exhibition floor is ultimately experienced through the stalls.
For exhibitors, their stall is their brand’s physical identity.
Our stall fabrication execution focused on creating exhibition spaces that were functional, professionally finished and aligned with the requirements of the participating exhibitors.
From structural execution to finishing and branding elements, the objective was to ensure that every exhibitor had an environment capable of presenting their products, brand and business professionally.
DOME STRUCTURES
For a large exhibition, temporary structures become an important part of the overall event infrastructure.
Dome structures were planned and executed as part of the exhibition environment, creating additional functional spaces while contributing to the overall scale and visual presence of the event.
From structure to execution, the focus remained on delivering an environment that was both practical and professionally managed.
VISITOR & RSVP MANAGEMENT
An exhibition succeeds when people can move through it effortlessly.
That requires planning well beyond the exhibition floor.
Our responsibilities included RSVP management and visitor coordination, helping create an organised process for guest engagement and event participation.
From pre-event coordination to on-ground visitor handling, the objective was to make the experience smooth from arrival onwards.
BRANDING THAT BUILT THE IDENTITY
At a major exhibition, branding is everywhere.
It guides visitors.
It identifies spaces.
It communicates the event identity.
And it creates consistency across the entire venue.
Branding and signage were integrated into the exhibition environment to create a cohesive visual identity while helping visitors navigate the event efficiently.
GROUND-ZERO EVENT MANAGEMENT
The strength of a large exhibition is often invisible.
It is in the planning meetings.
The coordination calls.
The fabrication timelines.
The vendor movement.
The installation schedules.
The last-minute changes.
The on-ground teams.
And the hundreds of details that need to come together before the doors open.
Our role was to coordinate these moving parts and bring them together into one unified exhibition operation.
END-TO-END EXHIBITION MANAGEMENT
Our scope for STONE MART INDIA extended across the exhibition lifecycle:
Planning → Infrastructure → Fabrication → Branding → RSVP → Installation → Coordination → On-Ground Management → Event Execution
This integrated approach allowed different aspects of the exhibition to be managed as one connected operation rather than as independent services.
THE EXHIBITOR EXPERIENCE
For exhibitors, a successful exhibition means more than having a stall.
It means arriving at a professionally organised venue, finding their space ready, having the necessary infrastructure in place and being able to focus on what matters most:
Their brand. Their products. Their visitors. Their business.
Our execution was built around supporting that experience.
THE VISITOR EXPERIENCE
For visitors, the exhibition needed to feel equally seamless.
Clear movement.
Strong visual identity.
Accessible exhibition spaces.
Efficient registration and RSVP processes.
Well-managed infrastructure.
And an environment that encouraged exploration and engagement.
Every operational decision ultimately contributed to one larger objective:
Make the exhibition easy to experience.
ONE EVENT. MULTIPLE MOVING PARTS. ONE EXECUTION TEAM.
STONE MART INDIA demonstrated what comprehensive exhibition management looks like when every requirement is connected.
From the first planning stage to the final on-ground execution, Saksham Events worked across the event ecosystem to transform the venue into a complete exhibition environment.
From ground zero to opening day.
From empty space to exhibition infrastructure.
From fabrication to visitor experience.
From planning to execution.
One event.
One integrated execution.
One complete exhibition experience.
Creating Experiences. Inspiring Connections. Delivering Excellence.
