One Iconic Venue. Multiple Weddings. Completely Different Stories.

Multiple Wedding Celebrations | Multiple Themes | Bespoke Décor & Experiences
Reimagining the Same Heritage Canvas
A great wedding designer doesn’t simply decorate a venue.
They understand how to reimagine it.
At Chandra Mahal, Jaipur, Saksham Events had the opportunity to create and execute multiple wedding celebrations, with each wedding designed around a different theme, visual language and atmosphere.
The venue remained the same.
The experience never did.
Through different colour palettes, décor concepts, floral styling, structures, layouts and design elements, we transformed the heritage setting into a completely new environment for every celebration.
One Venue. Many Personalities.
Every couple has a different vision.
Some imagine grandeur.
Some prefer understated elegance.
Others want colour, flowers, tradition or a contemporary celebration.
The challenge at Chandra Mahal was to ensure that each wedding felt individual and memorable, while respecting the character of the historic venue.
Our approach was to treat the palace environment as a creative canvas—one that could be interpreted differently for every wedding.
Different Themes. Different Emotions.
Each celebration began with a distinct creative direction.
The décor was then developed around that idea—from the colour palette and floral styling to the spatial design and guest experience.
The result was not simply a change in decoration.
It was a change in personality.
One wedding could feel vibrant and celebratory.
Another could feel romantic and intimate.
Another could embrace traditional grandeur.
And another could take a more contemporary approach.
The same heritage surroundings became a completely different world each time.
Designing Around the Architecture
Chandra Mahal possesses an unmistakable sense of place.
Its architecture, proportions, textures and heritage character already create a powerful visual identity.
Our approach was never to overpower that identity.
Instead, each wedding theme was designed to work in dialogue with the venue.
Décor elements were carefully introduced to enhance the architecture while giving each celebration its own distinctive visual story.
The balance was between:
Heritage & Contemporary Design
Architecture & Décor
Tradition & Innovation
Grandeur & Detail
From Concept to Transformation
Creating multiple themed weddings at the same venue requires more than creativity.
It requires the ability to translate an idea into a complete physical environment.
Our work across the celebrations involved:
- Wedding theme conceptualisation
- Creative and décor planning
- Colour palette development
- Floral styling
- Venue transformation
- Spatial and layout planning
- Stage and focal-point design
- Guest experience planning
- Event infrastructure
- Branding and decorative details
- Production coordination
- On-ground execution
- Function-wise setup and coordination
Every element was developed around the specific identity of the wedding.
The Art of Making Every Wedding Feel Different
The biggest creative challenge was also the most exciting one:
How do you make the same venue feel new again?
The answer lies in details.
A new colour story can completely change a space.
A different floral treatment can alter its mood.
A redesigned layout can change the guest journey.
A new focal installation can redefine the visual centre of an event.
And when all these elements come together, the venue takes on a new personality.
A Heritage Venue, Reinterpreted Again & Again
The beauty of working at an iconic venue is that it provides a strong foundation.
The creativity lies in knowing how to reinterpret it.
At Chandra Mahal, every wedding became an opportunity to create something different while preserving the elegance of the surroundings.
The venue provided the history.
The décor created the chapter.
Creating Weddings That Don’t Look the Same
For us, successful wedding design is not about following a formula.
It is about understanding the couple, understanding the venue and then creating a visual language that belongs to that particular celebration.
That philosophy allowed us to create multiple wedding experiences at Chandra Mahal—each with its own theme, mood and identity.
No repetition.
No one-size-fits-all décor.
Just bespoke wedding experiences built around individual stories.

Same Palace. Different Stories.
Our work at Chandra Mahal demonstrates an important part of our approach to wedding design:
A venue should never dictate the wedding.
It should provide the canvas on which the wedding story is created.
Across multiple celebrations at Chandra Mahal, we explored different themes, moods and design directions—turning one iconic Jaipur heritage setting into a series of distinctly different wedding experiences.
Because the best décor doesn’t simply make a venue beautiful.
It makes every wedding feel like it belongs there—and nowhere else.
