For the wedding celebrations of Rhydm & Chhavi, Saksham Events was entrusted with managing multiple functions for the Sogani Family, taking the celebrations from the first Roka ceremony through the final wedding festivities.
Across Roka Ceremony, Haldi, Sangeet, Sufi Night and Wedding, our role was to ensure that every celebration felt distinct while remaining connected to the larger wedding experience.
With 1,500+ guests participating across the celebrations, the wedding was designed as a journey of experiences rather than a single event.
From Roka to Wedding — Every Function Had Its Own Story
The celebrations unfolded through different formats, each creating a different mood and guest experience.
Roka Ceremony
The beginning of the wedding journey.
The Roka was planned as an intimate and celebratory family occasion, setting the tone for the festivities that would follow.
Haldi
Bright, vibrant and full of family energy, the Haldi celebration brought colour and informality into the wedding calendar.
The experience was designed around the joy of close family and friends coming together to celebrate the couple.
Sangeet
The Sangeet transformed the wedding celebrations into an evening of music, performances and entertainment.
With family celebrations taking centre stage, the event created an energetic atmosphere where every performance became part of Rhydm & Chhavi’s wedding story.
Sufi Night
A change in mood.
The Sufi Night introduced a more soulful and atmospheric experience into the wedding celebrations, creating an evening built around music, emotion and togetherness.
